CVE-2026-92116: Apache Allura: OAuth1 missing callback validation

Apache Allura through version 1.21.0 contains an OAuth1 callback validation vulnerability that could allow unauthorized access through improperly validated authentication callbacks. The Apache Allura project recommends upgrading to version 1.22.0 to remediate the issue.
