You will get

Daily Brief: one email a day at 07:00 Eastern Time, with the top stories from the window between consecutive 07:00 Eastern Time boundaries. Your pinned vendors come first when they have news in the 24 hours before the email was prepared. On Mondays that same 07:00 email is combined with the Weekly Recap in a single email: the week's biggest security stories, new Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) entries, and trend changes.

Pin your vendors (optional)

Pin up to 15 vendors and the Daily Brief opens with a Your Stack section: new CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) entries, active exploitation, and stories that mention them.
