Your frontline workers have a workaround for that MFA prompt

Frontline workers in healthcare and manufacturing are circumventing multifactor authentication (MFA) through credential sharing, leaving sessions signed in, and other workarounds to address slow or unreliable login systems. A Sapio Research survey of 700 IT and security decision-makers found that 95% observed these bypass behaviors in the past 12 months. These practices weaken account security by severing the link between accounts and individual users.

Why it matters: Security teams need to address the underlying login performance issues in healthcare and manufacturing environments or face widespread account compromise, session hijacking, and audit trail breakdown as frontline workers continue circumventing MFA protections.
