Grafana Labs connects observability and incident response with Knowledge Graph
Grafana Labs has integrated a Knowledge Graph capability into Grafana Cloud to link infrastructure, application dependencies, and user experience data with incident response workflows. The update adds Digital Experience Monitoring and enhances Incident Response Management to provide shared context for investigating and resolving issues. The features are designed to support increasingly complex agentic systems and enable both human teams and artificial intelligence (AI) agents to coordinate on problem-solving.
