The volume of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) and limitations of traditional vulnerability management are forcing organizations to adopt Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), a framework that prioritizes vulnerabilities by business impact rather than severity scores alone. Artificial intelligence (AI) is accelerating both the discovery and exploitation of vulnerabilities, widening the gap between attacker speed and organizational patching capacity.
