ETSI Proposes 17 Cybersecurity Standards to Support Cyber Resilience Act
The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has initiated an approval process for 17 cybersecurity standards that vendors must comply with under the Cyber Resilience Act. These standards establish technical and procedural requirements for product security and resilience across the European market.
Why it matters: Technology vendors selling into the EU must prepare to meet these incoming standards as enforcement of the Cyber Resilience Act approaches; non-compliance will block market access.
