OT-ISAC, NCSA, TXOne conduct Predictive Resilience exercise, focus on evidence-driven OT cybersecurity decisions

OT-ISAC, Thailand's National Cyber Security Agency, and TXOne Networks conducted a Predictive Resilience Exercise in Bangkok on August 18, 2026, to train participants in making cybersecurity decisions under uncertainty with incomplete information. The exercise emphasized evidence-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration between IT and OT teams, and understanding operational consequences alongside digital detection. Participants identified practical improvements including enhanced vendor visibility, stronger logging and monitoring, shared account controls, and clearer escalation pathways across teams and sectors.

Why it matters: OT and cybersecurity practitioners should adopt predictive resilience practices because real incidents emerge with incomplete information from multiple sources, and decisions require validating evidence and understanding safety and operational impacts, not just confirming authentication or identifying a specific attacker.
